Here’s what it means in simple terms:

1. Graduation Rates: Colleges must tell students how many people finish their degrees or certificates within a set amount of time. This helps students understand how likely they are to graduate if they attend that school.
2. Transfer-Out Rates: If students leave to attend a different college before finishing, schools report that too.
3. Ô½Ä϶ij¡ Safety: Schools need to share safety reports about crimes that happen on or near campus. This helps students feel secure and informed about their environment.
4. Financial Aid and Costs: Colleges must explain how much tuition and fees cost, plus what kinds of financial aid are available, so students can plan ahead.
